A tachi made by Sanjou Munechika, a swordsmith from Heian era. He's one of the Five Heavenly Swords, and is reputed as the most beautiful of them. As a touken danshi, he has the elegance like that of a Heian noble. He's tolerant of others' misgiving, and he's very at-his-own-pace.

Q: Tell us your impression of the character you are acting as and what enthuses you most when you are acting him.
A: He's a grandpa. I want to portray him doing things at his own pace and being fluffy, befitting of a grandpa.
Q: Tell us about any happenings around you lately that feels like "Hanamaru".
A: I get to appear in Touken Ranbu anime. Just right after I gingerly thought "Will I have a part?". Well, in the end I was able to get some screentime so... brilliant, brilliant.**
